Package arrived as expected. Product was like I expected with great quality and durability.

The customer service is superb, I had issues with an order when LSC changed distribution hubs, the speed at which the issue was dealt with was excellent and the additional discount was a welcome bonus, plus you deal with an actual person!!

The socks are really high quality. Also DHL lost the package, London Sock Co, responded immediately to my inquiries. Refunded my money the moment I asked, weeks later DHL found the package and it showed up. At which point I contacted London Sock Co to pay for them. Amazing customer service, DHL incompetence wasn't their fault in any way. I will definitely buy more socks from them in the future.

My Husband loves knee high socks and tried every available brand until I found the London Sock Company several years ago. (Brownie points to me!)
The search ended at that point and now it is simplicity itself to top-up the sock drawer! Ordering is straightforward, delivery is speedy and well packaged and the socks are comfortable, well fitted and excellent quality. Well done LSC!

From the quality of the socks to the delivery not any bad remarks

Never received merchandise although DDL showed package delivered. Reached out for assistance and was provided a copy of a delivery in NH was delivered. I am located in Florida, and order sent to me in email wasn’t my order.

I was a little disappointed with the half price mystery box, but other than that the other purchases have been excellent, especially the Merino wool box, toasty toes, lovely. Washing guidance would be a useful addition to your website.
All in all a quality product.

With my first order to be delivered to me in Germany, I was charged tax by customs, € 30.00. When I explained this to the London Sock Company, I had the full amount refunded within a few minutes with no fuss, thank you.
The socks look and feel great, they are still in the test fase as I write, but I have high hopes.

VERY SLOW delivery. Took 1 month to get my order. Wow. I had to reach out to the company several times to find out what happened.

I was given a pair of these lovely socks for Christmas, but sadly the giver had underestimated my size - the wonderful Barbi in customer service tracked down the purchase, had the socks collected, & delivered a new, larger, pair some days later - very happy
